从未来过墨尔本的香港买家视频拍卖买下了，2016年卖价才92万。


Buyers based in Hong Kong swooped on a Mount Waverley townhouse sight-unseen with a solitary $5000 bid to come out on top of a battle between young locals.

The four-bedroom property at 1/35 Briggs Street fetched $1.135m in a surprising online auction on Saturday, October 31, as four bidding groups vied for the keys.

Biggin & Scott Glen Waverley agent Julie Karl said she did a lot of liaising but was still not confident the Hong Kong family would bid after only seeing the property via photos and a video she filmed.

啊啊啊我去过这家的inspection，好喜欢这房子，状况好，朝向好，就是公共区域都不大。但这的确是mw最差的位置，这价钱也拍得太高了

不是最差的，最差的是紧挨m1和高压线的，这个还行，也不是主路

也差不多了，住这块说自己是mw，都会被人笑话的

说的好像mw是富人区一样，有些华人真就是蜜汁自信 住一普通中产区愣是以为住在富人区了
四房townhouse 这个价格真心便宜 说明mw的房价不高
遇到过一个土鳖说“我住在富人区” 再一细问 原来是 Glen waverly ,我说，你对富人区是不是有什么误解？

不一定,有些 townhouse 沒有 share 公共空間 就不用交 body corporate.

M1以南，不靠火车站，去bus站走路7分钟，开车去最近的一个ww/coles好像也是5分钟以上的，方便程度来说没有比oakleigh east好。。
