各位老大，请教一下，小弟kuring gai，想之后推倒建房。想问问各位FSR的问题（具体估计还是要问builder，现在只是补补知识）。我看到这边一般FSR是0.3。而我这地79x平方，根据KLED 2015，小于800 的地可以0.4，那应该是0.3还是0.4 呢？另外，如果想搞大点，走da还是cdc好？
