Elevit is not 钙片.
Caltrate 600 mg is the commonly used 钙片, take two tablets per day.
As 80% of population are low in Vitamin D, I recommend you to take Caltrate with Vitamin D (200 unit D3), two tablets per day.
If you have had blood test and confirmed having low vitamin D, you should take two Ostelin Vitamin D (500 unit of D3) & Calcium (600 mg) tablet per day (1.2g Calcium and 1000 unit vitamin D3). This is equal to take two Caltrate (600mg each) and one Ostelin (1000 unit D3)
These are all over the counter medication
