Due to a recent company re structure a position has become available for an accounts role within a small successful building design firm. Reporting to the Companys Director, the accounts role will require someone with great accounts knowledge,an eye for detail,well organised,abilty to work under pressure and complete tasks. The position includes the following roles Candidates whom have the following experience need only apply, Staff weekly wages, Staff superannuation, Staff tax, holidays, sick leave & other related staff matters etc, Complete Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly BAS, GST, PAYG & TAX requirements as per company policys & ATO requirements, Preparation of new client contracts, Obtain quotes from sub contractors for related jobs etc, Accounts payable/recievable, Debt collection, Daily bank reconciliation, Ensure weekly spread sheets are up to date. Experience/knowledge in the use of EFTPOS machines, Up to date knowledge in the use of Microsoft Excel IS ESSENTIAL (Candidates whom are unable to use the above program at an advanced level need not apply) General knowledge of other Microsoft packages/computer & internet use is required, Up to date knowledge in the use of internet banking IS ESSENTIAL (Candidates whom are unable to use internet banking at an advanced level need not apply) Relieving staff/reception lunch breaks etc Whilst the position has various roles you will be supported by a small office environment with all policies, procedures & related matters in place. We use in house software purposely built to suit our companys requirements, on the job training will be provided.
