Hi There,
Sorry can't type Chinese here but will when I get home
I work in finance and just bumped into something from operation who is looking for a Mandarin speaking support worker near Keysborough
Its really a good opportunity as this industry is booming as a result of NDIS (I'm sure many people here heard this before)
The program is mainly in-home support means the support is provided at client's home, which involves personal care and manual handling
The length of the support is around 3-4 hours per day 7 days a week, but if we can find more than one staff then the shift will be split
Ideally we would be looking for someone who has
- Aged Care Cert 3 or
- Disability support Cert 4 and
- have certain knowledge of manual handling (watch your back)
- there isn't much of the English requirement but to certain degree
At this stage the organisation is offering casual position however if you are doing well I'm sure they will be very happy to put you on a perm part time or full time as the work force is very much needed all over the country.
However the above are not compulsory as we will provide paid training to meet the support requirements
About the company: Aruma, its a half billion business and one of the biggest disability providers in Australia
If you are interested please have your resume ready and call Dee Sadikay
Email Address: Dee.Sadikay@aruma.com.au
Phone Number: 9564 1010
Thanks
