楼上有些人是做payroll 陪训的, 说payroll前景好可以理解。
半年前帮一个朋友女儿打听过,后来还看过一个 ...
Haha, I know it's me but I do believe payroll is a good option, compared with accounting (not IT ) after working in payroll for 10 years.
If you talk about the trend of being outsourced, payroll is definitely less likely to be out-sourced, compared with accounting work. Payroll is to look after employees' pay and pay is so important to employees. Due to the poor quality of out-sourcing payroll, most employers are very reluctant to outsource payroll as they don't want to annoy their employees unnecessarily Another problem with outsourcing payroll is the cost. Most of employers found they still need to have payroll staff to collect and transfer data to outsource company and they still need payroll staff to answer employees' questions..... Out of the 7 companies i worked for, from 500 to 10000 employees, only the biggest one was out-scoured. Another one company's payroll was out-sourced but then brought back in-house after 5 years due to the poor quality and cost; all other companies payroll are in-house.
Even with those payroll out-sourced, they are always out-sourced to Australian companies, never saw any one out-sourced to an Asian company (I guess the quality needed for payroll work plays an important part in this), therefore, the jobs still stay within Australian market, not oversea's. This is significantly different from out-sourced accounting work.
Personally, I love payroll work, hehe! |
