有做过strata的请进,Strata发这个给我到底啥意思？有点搞不懂状况

是要我修漏水的窗户还是Strata会修还是只是他把这写进building report需要给我发Email，他怎么知道漏水？我房客都没和我说漏水？到底什么意思完全不懂

大概意思应该是，有人说你可能你家卧室窗户漏水，但后来发现漏水的部分属于公共区域，现在由strata来管。
如果不对，楼下指出吧。
