昨天娃看书，里面有hardship这个词。娃跑过来跟我说，I feel my life is full of hardship now.

老母亲心里长叹，这夸张。。。问，怎么了？
Yes, A and B and C are not playing with me and D today.
你们人多，有时候分成两个和三个人玩也不算hardship吧？
But they do it quite often now, leaving me and D out. And I don't want to play with D.
为什么？
Me and A are against D. We don't like her.

那你不想和D玩，你想和A， B，和C 玩么？
No， I only want to play with A, but B doesn't like anyone else play with A. She wants A to play with her only. And I don't know C that well. She just joined us.
OK，那你们三个人在一起的时候玩什么？
We don't play the same game everyday. Sometimes we play ooshies, sometime we play handball. Sometimes we just sit together and chat.
你喜欢玩这些吗？
Yes.
Handball是谁的？
We borrowed it from boys.
你只喜欢和A聊天吗?
Not just with her... But it is fun chatting with her.
那你为什么不找其他人去聊天？
I cant find them sometimes. And they are all in groups.
好，你看，你是喜欢玩这些游戏和聊天，对吧？即使你和其他人玩，只要是这些游戏或者聊天，你都会高兴是吧？
I guess so.
那你为什么不自己带个handball去学校呢？
No, I don't want to. It will get dirty outside, and I might lose it.
Handball多少钱？你的零花钱足够再买一个吧？你是觉得有朋友玩更重要呢？还是宁可无聊？
OK, I will bring my handball to school tomorrow.
你有没有注意到妈妈有不同的朋友圈？出去玩的，出去吃的，聊天的，看电影的。。。朋友得有共同的兴趣才可以玩的长久。但是一个人的兴趣很多，所以你可以和不同的人玩不同的东西。A也是一样的。你不能想着她只跟你玩。她也有很多不同的朋友玩不同的东西。如果你带你喜欢的玩具去学校，自然就会找到一样喜欢玩这些玩具的小朋友和你一起玩。你还记得E以前老是跟着你，说想跟你玩吗？

她老是跟着你的时候，你什么感觉？
I feel guilty when she follows me around. So I played with her. But I really wanted to play with someone else.
妈妈说的就是这个意思，朋友得在一起玩的开心才是朋友。要不然朋友没有了，有可能还会躲着你。
You know sometimes I just want to be alone and do things by myself.
这也可以啊，你还可以带本书去看。
Can I have a playdate with C?
可以啊，你自己在学校邀请她。要是她同意了，妈妈再给她的妈妈打电话。你想想你是要邀请一个呢？还是邀请几个？是一次大家都来呢？还是大家分开来，每次来一个人。

那你一天没有小朋友玩算hardship吗？
