We are looking for mature tenants, to become our excellent tenants, you need to be
-        Friendly and easy going;
-        Be respectful, considerate to others;
-        clean and tidy (will need to share regular cleaning for common area);
-        keep music and TV volume to minimum level to avoid annoying to neighbours and other tenants
-        no party in the house;
-        no smoking inside the house (outside ok)
-        no guest staying overnight often (max. once a week)
-        minimum stay 6 months, otherwise rent rate will be higher per week;
