Job Descriptions:
- Process invoices through system in a timely manner ensuring accuracy at all times
- Generate vendor payments in line with payment schedule.
- End of MonthJournals/Reconciliations and Assist Accounts Lead with Monthly FinancialAccounting
- Manage office stationary and staff amenities including inventory control, organize and prepare for office events as required
- Ad hoc Administration and finance related duties.
Requirements:
· Strong numerical and analytical skills with strong computer and Excel skills
· Experience in accounting procedures and office administration activities
· Experience with XERO is a strong preference
· A demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning
· The successful candidate will be highly motivated with excellent communication skills. You should be a team player, lateral thinker, accurate and have strong attention to detail.
