第一次使用airbnb订了这个长周末去新州乡下。但今天接到host的信息说是business卖掉了，要我们取消：
Just to let you know the business has been sold, so we will wont be able to take the booking on Airbnb at this time.
If you cancel it at your end it will not charge you.
但airbnb网站上说由于host人原因应当Ask host to cancel。于是我照做了，但host的邮件里说如果我等下去就不能得到退款（If you wait it will no be able to be refunded.）。我想我应当要按照airbnb网站说的去做，对吗？
请问有谁碰到这种情况过吗？如何处理？host在这里不会玩什么花样吧？
