Due to continued growth, One position has become available to assist our Account Managers. This role is quite diverse as you will be involved within a team and work on client applications prior to the mortgage broker seeing the clients, reviewing home loan options and managing the file prior to the lodgment.
Our preferred candidate will have existing Banking and Finance experience within the mortgage broking industry.

Details
Duties/Responsibilities,
1) Assisting Compliance team
• Create the customer file
• Prepare compliance documents
2) Assisting Account Management (AM)
• Working closely with our back of house team to fulfill home loan applications: we provide full training and support
• Order and monitor Property Valuation
• Assisting AM for ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Assisting AM to communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Working Hours/days:
Full Time/ Mon-Fri / Permanent
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
1) Accounting / Banking/ Finance / Business Administration Study background preferable
2) Mandarin/Cantonese/Vietnamese/Japanese/ Thai: Second Language preferable
3) High Level of accuracy, attention to detail and pride with work
4) Friendly and confident interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
