We are a professional legal firm based in theheart of the CBD. We are seeking a legal assistant/conveyancer to joint our firm.
The role will a full-time role.
This is a busy and challenging role. You willbe responsible for directly assisting the firm with a number of differentduties including but not limited to:
·        Paperworkpreparation, mainly in conveyancing and business transactions;
·        Filemanagement with a high attention to detail;
·        Answeringphone calls and manage appointments;
·        Communicatingefficiently to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing;

AboutYou
·          You MUST haveexcellent verbal and written English (Must achieves a minimum band of 6 inIELTS test, please provide a copy of IELTS result)
·        Highlyorganised, excellent communication skills and ability to priorities
·        intermediate/advanced knowledge of Word/ Excel
·        High attentionto detail
·        Meticulous anddiligent
·         Knolwedge of conveyancing would be highly desireable
·         Knowledge of LEAP legal system would be advantageous
