给你翻出一个我索赔的实例,用xxx替换了一些信息,但是可以看出处理的时间周期。顺带一提,我是在交易后10天左右没收到东西,发起的理赔(因为卖家写的地址也在墨尔本,同城邮寄不可能两周不到,实际上卖家在香港)
