请教书面面试问题

以下是我刚申请的职位的书面面试问题,请教高手该如何回答，谢谢啦

1。What notice (if any) are you required to give?（这个notice指得是解除合约前的提前通知吗？）

2。Are you currently engaged in negotiations regarding employment in other organisations?       

3。Tell us about your communication style and how you communicate with others. Please provide an example where your ability to communicate aided a project you were working on.

4。Lastly, as this is an operational role, in line with our company's overall culture, you will be expected to take initiative to drive improvement.  Do you feel that this could be said of your approach, please provide an example? （顺便问下最后这句是什么意思啊，问题都看不懂，晕死）

　　首先声明，我不是高手，我是打着别人的的招牌来学习的。
　　第一个问题，what notice (if any).注意括号里的单词“if any ”。　所以，你能想到的比较主要的，就应该回答吧。当然你说的那个也是一个很重要的问题。
　　最后一个问题，“Do you feel that this could be said of your approach, please provide an example? ”　这句话的意思大概是说：“你认为自已是否是具有这种工作方法（主动改进）的人呢，请举例说明。
　　望有参考价值。
