房子Section32,里Building Permit History显示
有council 批准加建了一个工具房,
有 Permit No,
有 Building type, Occupancy/ Final No.
Permit date 是 2010年,Occupancy/ Final date 是2015年的。并且有下面一段话:
(This Building History may not include details of any Building works constructed between 1 August 1999 and 13 june 2005 Where the cost of labour and materials Did not exceed $5000)
Our records show that there are no Outstanding notices or orders under the Building Regulations.However.it is to be noted that we have not conducted an inspection of the property in regard to this enquiry and that this does not preclude Council from taking action on any illegal Building works subsequently identified.
这样的房子能买吗?
申请加建shed批准后,到加建完成,有什么相关文件会从council 和 Builder 那里获得 才算符合流程和规定。有没有申请加建过的朋友说说 |
