弄了lyca,照说明书登记激活,然后不管怎么都用不了,很怒。今天总算收到一封明白指示,
We would like to bring your notice that the reported issue might be due to the temporary network fluctuations.
Hence, we request you to follow the simple steps to manually choose your network.
Go to menu-->Lycamobile service-->Lycamobile-->selector mode-->Manual->Australia-->national and wait for 20 sec. You can see in display as "SIM card update started".
And then please to go settings-->phone setting-->network selection (operator selection) and then select the TELSTRA (3G/4G) or LYCAMOBILE (3G/4G) network manually.
Once you perform this operation, please restart the phone and network will appear. These settings are set as default settings for all Lycamobile Sims.
If any issues persist, we request you to help us with the below details to check with our technical team.
