大家有收到这个信吗?
Dear xxx,
You are entitled to a costless exit from your NBN contract
We are writing to inform you that we have checked your National Broadband Network (NBN) connection and found that you cannot receive the internet speeds you have been paying for.
As a result, we are offering you a choice of several options below.
You are currently on a 100/40 plan for xxxxxxxxx@bigpond.com. You are paying to receive internet speeds up to 100/40 Mbps.
The maximum speed you can receive is 90.756 Mbps download and 45.024 Mbps upload.
This means that you are paying for speeds of up to 100 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload, when in fact, the fastest speeds you can actually receive are 90.756 Mbps download and 45.024 Mbps upload.
Your options
Because you can’t receive the speeds you have been paying for, you can choose between the following options:
Option 1 – Move plans
You can choose to move to a lower speed plan.
You can choose any of our lower speed plans based on what suits your needs and your maximum speed measurement. You can find information explaining your speed plan options by visiting www.telstra.com.au/help/critical-information-summaries. You can also visit www.telstra.com.au/broadband/nbn/nbn-speeds-explainedto find out more about speeds on the NBN.
Option 2 – Exit your contract without cost
You can choose to exit your Telstra contract without cost. We will not charge you any early termination charges to exit your contract.
Option 3 – Remain on your current contract with no refund
You can choose to remain on your current plan. We will not provide you with a refund and your contract will continue. You should know that you will not receive the full benefit from the 100/40 plan because your NBN connection cannot provide the speeds you are paying for.
