是的,谢谢大家,我刚又顺便给移民局问了一下,他们很快就回复如下:
The procedure for switching an existing parent visa application (for subclass 103) to a parent visa subclass 173 or 143, is as follows:
1. Lodge a new completed Form 47PA (permanent) to the Parent Visa Centre. Ensure you complete “Part B – Declaration to Withdraw” correctly.
2. Provide a new completed Form 40 with the new application.
3. Pay the correct prescribed First Visa Application Charge - the previous fee is not refundable or transferable.
4. If you are in Australia at the time of lodging your new parent visa application, your visitor visa must not have been imposed a 'No Further Stay' condition ; otherwise, your parent visa application will be rendered invalid and returned to you.
You do not need to provide copies of supporting documents you have already sent with the old application. You will be required to provide new documents/information, only if the information contained in the previous documents have changed or expired.
Note that your original application lodgement date will be taken into account for your new application thus ensuring that you are not disadvantaged.
You may wish to apply for one spouse only, but if the visa is granted, the grant will be only for the spouse included in the new application.
All Parent Visa Applications must be posted to:
Parent Visa Centre
Locked Bag 7
Northbridge WA 6865
AUSTRALIA
We do not accept Parent Visa Applications on-line.
