Updates: (sorry can't type Chinese at work)
called Immigration office, confirmed that they can stay up to 12 month on their second visit, as long as the following are meet:
on the day of second arrival:
A) 6 months overseas during the18 months period before this date
B) arriving no later than the Last Date to Arrive which 11 October 2018
refer to floow #17
"签证过期还可以待，只要满足１８，１２个月原则， Last Date to Arrive 11 October 2018，最后一此入境比这个时间早即可"
then they can stay another 12 month, even that 18 months visa expired. so in theory,for this visa, they can stay in AUS up to 364+365 days
重新整理了一下问题~~求助各位老司机~这样第二次入境的话 到底能呆到几月？
600 签证 18个月多次往返~ 2017年4月11号至2018年10月11号 具体签证条款如下
Visa Stream Tourist
Visa Grant Date 11 April 2017
Stay For/Until 12 Month(s)
Entries Multiple
Last Date to Arrive 11 October 2018
Conditions:
8101 - NO WORK
8201 - MAX 3 MONTHS STUDY
8558 - MAX 12M STAY IN 18M
8503 - NO FURTHER STAY
8501 - HEALTH INSURANCE
问题是 ~2017年5月1日第一次入境，计划2018年1月15日（在澳洲总共9个半月）回国6个月~18年7月15日再次入境
那么第二次入境到底是最久能呆到11 Oct 2018（签证过期）还是 19年7月（第二次入境起12个月）？
签证时候能理解为18个月有效期 18个月内最多澳洲停留12个月~所以现在澳洲9个月 然后回国6个月~再入境12个月也是可以的？
