Vacancy: Junior Property Development Officer (Full Time)
Our profile:
We are a medium size investment firm located in Hurstville CBD. We work in an energetic, busy and harmonized environment. We have an available position for a full time Junior Property Development Officer
Will Suit:
• Recent Architect or Building related graduates of an Australian University
General Job Scope:
• Drafting architectural plans
• Prepare design schedules & building specifications
• Research planning and design requirements
• Research property market
• Conduct field inspections / Obtain quotes / Coordinator trades
• Project management construction
Requirements:
• Live in Australia for at least 2 years
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
• Holds a university degree in Building / Construction or Architecture
• Australian Driver’s license
• Access to a motor vehicle (preferred)
• PR visa or above (preferred)
Working Hours
• Flexible hours to suit your studies
• 5 days per week (Monday – Friday, Possible Saturday 1/2 day)
