A successful CBD based Finance Group is seeking to hire interns for Sydney team！ Want a career in Finance and Mortgage Broking? This could be your chance! Abacus Finance are currently recruiting applicants for our intern program. Why Us Abacus Finance continues to invest in developing and training our People, streamlining systems and reviewing practices so that we can continue in exceeding client and industry expectations. We train our staff to become leaders with an opportunity to one day run their own business and lead a team. Abacus Finance is made up of three different divisions; Home loans, Commercial Loans and Wealth Management.
The Position
This is an excellent opportunity for highly motivated sales individuals who have a passion for the mortgage industry to join our current sales team.
Our intern program includes a structured 4 week training schedule with on-going training and mentoring for the right candidates.
Intern positions are on a commission only basis with potential to be employed on F/T basis, starting on a package of $40k + Bonus.
Brokers will be provided with leads, dedicated Broker support, CRM system, training and flexible working hours.
If you are new to the industry, seeking a career change, or have a wealth of experience we'd like to hear from you!

The successful applicant must possess the following competencies:
• Good communication skills
• Dedicated and hardworking can do attitude
• Experience in either a Finance or Banking industry role will be an advantage
• This role will suit self-motivated individuals who have the ability to cultivate customer leads and build a strong referral network.
• Candidates with good experience in sales are encouraged to apply
