Our company is one of Australian leading international Pharmaceutical manufacturers based on North shore Sydney. The product line includes all range of health food to cosmetic products. We are currently seeking an IPQC staff.

Objectives:

To be constantly striving for continuous quality improvement.
To be an active and value adding member of the QA team.

Responsibilities:

· Inprocess quality control including managing of sampling, raw material and labels on daily basis.

· Sampling of all packaging materials and raw materials to ensure conformity to specifications and status labelling of these materials. All conformity certificates and new samples are to be filed in appropriate specifications. Recording of all relevant data pertaining to the sampling and release for use.

· Collection and dispatch of samples of finished product for chemical and microbial analysisat both external laboratories.

· Initial reviews the batch manufacture documents.

· Generation of status labels used throughout the facility.

· Retention sample control and storage.

· Release of primary and secondary packaging components for production as required.

· Work well with in the QA/QC team being trained to conduct all functioning as required.

· Maintenance the labelling room.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

· Ability to work well autonomously while following the correct policies and procedures

· Ability to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail

· Competence in the use of computers and MS Office software

· Bilingual(Mandarin and English) will be as an advantage.
