直接雇主面试都需要注意什么啊?

之前有过几次中介面试,但从没面试过雇主,面试中都应该注意些什么啊?前辈们给些经验把,公司是间firm。

“公司是间firm”
是啥意思？
雇主面试吗，不能一概而论，有的雇主喜欢考察你的解决问题能力，有的喜欢考察你的基础知识，有的就喜欢听你讲你的项目经验。总之和中介的区别就是问得更加到位些，不是泛泛而谈，雇主可能会追问你细节

不好意思，firm就是指practice firm, 不是company的

I guess depends on the nature of the job you are applying. Basic questions including:
1. Why you chose our firm?
2. Why do you think you are a suitable candidate for the position?
3. A few behavoural question such as how do you deal with difficult client, give an example.

Make sure you use the STAR format when answer behavoural quesion
- Situaion (be brief, just a intro)
- Task (your assigned task)
- Action (what did you do, focus of the answer, spend most of your time here)
- Result (what you achieved, important too)
