发现我家的Breamer Evap Coolling 出风没有以前凉了,2年前刚换过Water Pump,一年每用多少天,准备找人修一下。 同时做下研究发现很多家有同样问题。
下面他和帖子报了很多问题及解决方法。可能有用!

80% problems are due the pump. Normally it is not the motor failure, but being out of balance of the shaft. When it is on, you can touch the shaft, and probably the pump will spin with certain strugles. You know what. There is a special part which is called slinger washer which is parently to spin off the water from the motor, but actually it works as a positioning part holding the shaft in the right middle, so the water fan can spin with the necessary balance. however with time the rubber slinger get aged easily, and break off. why use rubber slinger? coz they want to suck your money for replacing the pump, unfortunately these days the motor can last too long, so they have got the shit rubber slinger on to work the trick out so-called maintenance work. Trust me the evaparating cooling system is a low end technology stuff, nothing advanced, just basic electricity and mechanics. It should last very long without touching it. This is 21st century, my mates, most manufactured stuff in old technology are quite reliable...
what you should do is 1. buy a new pump and install it which costs you 107 AU dollars for the new pump probably with the rubber slinger as well, and it actually only worths 20 Chinese yuan RMB (5 dollars) from Chinese factory. Yes the rubber slinger is installed specially for Australian customers as they ordered, rather than the original stainless steel ring.
or 2. cut a milk bottle cap in a perfect size of the round seat (a round pocket just above the water fans, designed for the original metal ring), burn a hole with a big nail in the right centre of the round plastic, cut the rim though to the centre and put it on the shaft. And then push down to the seat firmly, make sure it is not loosely hang around. It will spin perfectly again, but the hole may get bigger by friction, and out of balance again, if so you can make another one. that is it.
You know if you can make a metal ring, that will be perfect. but you don't have the machine, and our installers/trademen just know this. Remember, the new pump you buy may still have the shit rubber slinger. Enjoy your life in Australia...a lot of tricks set by our greedy people, and we still protect the market and jobs for them to get easy money, being richer than scientists, professors, engineers and....sigh |
