City Manager / Launcher at Bike-Share

This International City Manager/ Launcher role is a key to develop our presence in each and every one of our key cities. By working across functions (Supply Chain, Marketing, Public Relations) to strengthen relationships and put in place partnerships with all city stakeholders, whether private (transit operators, incubators, etc.) or public (public administration, regions, prefectures, city halls) to be the single coordinator of all actions planned in cities.

What You’ll Do

Develop a full understanding of cities characteristics and levers of development.

Map all the key stakeholders in the cities.

Work with teams of experts to customize our value proposition.

Meet, convince and develop strong relationships with key identified stakeholders.

Put in place operational projects to grow user base and seek improvement in operational efficiency.

What You’ll Need

3-5 years of experience of business development/project management/ management consulting/ investment banking /business development in a large business, or of growing a startup.

Strong communication and organization skills.

Adaptability and autonomy – you will need to juggle multiple projects in a continuously moving environment.

Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking.

Curious and eager to learn – you are interested in all things and can build up skills and knowledge very fast to become a recognized subject matter expert amongst your peers.

Creative solutions driven mindset, with a get shit done attitude.

Great interpersonal skills.

Fluency in local language and English required.
