Job Title Client Services Support Analyst

This role requires a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We want someone who can think on their feet and loves to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders at any given time.
The skills and experience required
•Possess IT support knowledge and be comfortable with PC's
•Have a sound knowledge of accounting
•Be experienced within a commercial IT environment (desirable)
•Display excellent communication skills to be capable of dealing with professional clients over the phone
•Be motivated by achieving client satisfaction through solution and efficiency
•Have the ability to multitask and prioritise utilising your exceptional organisational solving skills
•Be experienced in technical troubleshooting
•Possess work related experience within an accounting practice would be an advantage
•Be experienced in software installations (desirable)
