更新：11月10号去登记AMEP课程得知6个月内登记指的是签证下发后算起6个月内，不是首次登陆6个月内大家要注意哦。
10月26号进入澳洲，11月2号牛奶金已经发放
11月8号网上递交了parenting payment申请，已经回信说被拒绝了，说我工资超过税前1836（每两周）
1月6号申请NEW STARTER (已经回信也被拒了）
大家好，最近发了帖子请教100签证登陆后的问题如下，
请问新移民都有哪些补助？ 例如，英语课程，失业补贴，child care费用？
有同学提供信息是关于AMEP课程（Aldult Migrant English Program）, 符合要求的移民需要在登陆后6个月内登记（登记需带获签信和照片的身份证明）并在12个月内开始学习，5年内学完。（如果是18岁以下，可以12个月内注册）很多区都有提供AMEP可能的tafe。下面是网站摘抄信息。网址是https://www.education.gov.au/adult-migrant-english-program-0 可以点击AMEP service provider 查找提供课程的tafe和地点，就近上
Am I eligible?
You may be eligible for the AMEP if you are a permanent resident of Australia or you hold an eligible temporary visa.
In addition, you must meet the following time frames from the date of your visa commencement or arrival in Australia to remain eligible:
register with an AMEP service provider within six months (or 12 months if you are under 18 years of age at the time of registration)
commence your tuition within 12 months
complete your tuition within five years.
To find out if you are eligible or to register for the programme you should contact your nearest AMEP service provider.
关于福利：1. Newstart Allowance。 刚简单search了一下，发现Newstart Allowance 对于residence requirement的限制103周 居住条件，对系列签证可以免除。准备试试。
2. 牛奶金 应该是马上有的，因为小儿子不在澳洲期间centrelink也给了小部分牛奶金，被告知孩子回澳后会得到正常部分牛奶金。数额多少是要衡量家庭总收入的哈。
Visas exempt from the newly arrived resident’s waiting period
If you have one of the following visa subclasses, you don’t have to serve the newly arrived resident’s waiting period for the listed payments and concession cards:
Commonwealth Seniors Health Card and Low Income Health Care Card and all payments except Special Benefit
subclass 100 - spouse or partner
subclass 110 - interdependency
subclass 801 - spouse or partner
subclass 814 - interdependency
subclass 852 - referred stay (permanent)
