上做法
Ingredients:
200g Rice Vermicelli (soaked and drained)
200g pork belly rashers (sliced and marinate with light soy, cornflour for 30 mins)
15-20 slices fish cake
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
100g cabbage (shredded)
1 carrot (shredded)
2 stalk Spring onions (cut diagonally)
2 eggs
Salt
Cooking oil
Seasonings:
1.5 tablespoons light soy
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon chicken powder
White pepper to taste
Methods:
Beat the eggs and season with salt, heat oil in frying pan, pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook till omelette is set on both side and set aside. Cut the omelette into thin strips and set aside.
Heat up the same frying pan, add marinated pork belly and fry till nearly cooked, add chopped garlic and saute until golden brown.
Add in fish cakes, shredded cabbage and carrot and stir fry for a few mins. Toss in the rice vermicelli, add seasonings and quickly stir fry and toss well.
Turn off the heat. Add in spring onions and toss well. Dish out and serve.
