本人就职一家小公司已有4年半了,待遇一般,看到升职无望,年初跟现任老板B谈要求升职和performance review被拒后开始找工,也没好好干活,上周老板谈话,他要求我100% focus on my duties. 今早收到performance appraisal,下周have discussion。这是史无前例的,以前的大老板A都是直接加薪,在这4年半中,只加了两次薪水。
1.这个performance review 是个啥迹象?我是要求升职的,现公司也不会,也不准备给我升职。
2.我已准备下周二辞职了,请问我是否告知现老板,这个performance appraisal 是否需要?
3.大老板转发了个performance appraisal 表格,里面要我列举我的的duties(question 1), performance good/bad/satifactory(question 2), etc, 让我这周之前填好. 看来我必须填了?
4.如果不填 performance review, 还能开口要recommendation letter?
5.辞职还是配合performance review? 原计划是从上周老板A谈话后好好干,可是现在我有点糊涂了,搞不清形式。请大家支招。

6.是否需要和大老板A谈离职条件,多拿点薪水走人?
7.手上有offer,但是薪水不是很满意。
