Our client is a Training provider for world's leading organisations . This is an international organisation with headoffice in Sydney and global office in UK. You will work in Sydney headoffice located in North shore, close to public transport . .


Our client is currently looking for an accountant (full time ) to join their team, immediate start. Salary package is $55K . A right candidate will have solid accounting knowledge and techniquees and will be immediately available. Job duties below                     
Full function of accounts payable and accounts receivable
Filing and record maintenance.
Creating invoices for clients and external vendors in accordance with contract agreements.
Issue expense invoice based on staff expense claim and get reimbursement from client.
Processing bank reconciliation for UK and AUS.
Recording foreign currency transactions and exchange rate.

Recording and reconciling transactions in foreign currency and recording FX gain/loss.
Processing and reconciling intercompany transactions and accounts.
Assisting in preparation of monthly payroll and quarterly superannuation.

Recording annual leave, sick leave and long service leave.
Calculating monthly PAYG tax, quarterly BAS and annually FBT.

Dealing with payroll tax and calculate payroll tax.
Assisting in manage program revenue and costs using program job code.
Assisting in Cash Flow forecasting and budgeting.
Dealing with potential tax affairs in both Australia and Offshore accounts. (i.e: UK, Singapore, Japan, America).

Assisting with government grant application.
