刚看到第二章上市公司的profit test, 有句话不是很明白，希望有人能给解释一下。

the entity must give the ASX a statement from all directors confirming that they have made enquiries and nothing has come to their attention to suggest that the economic entity is not continuing to earn profit from continuing operations up to the date of application.

真的不是很明白这条要求是什么意思，球解释
