To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:

• Demonstrated online user experience design skill
• Demonstrated internet and intranet design and management experience
• Demonstrated ability to visualize projects; develop and produce design from concept through completion
• Understanding of ASP.NET (C#)
• Experience of Microsoft SharePoint preferable (ideally MOSS)
• Experience of Javascript, HTML and CSS
• Understanding of web design software (Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash Action Script and Illustrator, etc.)
  

Responsibilities:

• Designing internet and intranet websites, applying creative vision; adhering to corporate guidelines for style and tone; creating compelling visual layout and develop intuitive navigation
• Planning site design by clarifying goals; designing functionality; developing site navigation by categorizing content; creating and modifying images as required
• Developing and upgrading site content and graphics
• Designing images, icons, audio enhancements as needed; pro-actively making recommendations for changes and advances.
