We need to activate your line rental under your name.

To activate your line rental, initially it will cost you $59 only. But in case we need to install new line or repair your line, it can go upto $299. That is $299 minus the initial $59 divided into 4 months. Which will be paid $60 each on your 2nd, 3rd and 4th and 5th month.

Just to give you an idea: The Unlimited Metro ADSL2+ and Home Phone bundle is for $59.80 per month. Unlimited internet and Standard Home Phone line rental included. 24 months contract.

用着，得租个电话线。加起来60一个月吧。不过服务差，上次上门检查，不管通到家里，只到楼内，还收我300块incorrect callout. 最后找了个个人打通的，又花100。它用Optus 或Telstra 的网。速度感觉比以前用tpg 快。

2年前从TPG转过去的，用的Telstra的线路，速度比TPG快，目前为止没碰到大的问题

这段说的是如果你家没有电话线的时候Telstra的收费，所有ISP都是一样的

ADSL不都是看距离的么，足够近tpg也是好使的
