We are a fast paced Real Estate Agency offers a full spectrum of professional real estate services from residential sales, innovative marketing and property management in Chatswood, Sydney. We have an outstanding track record of success and are growing from strength to strength primarily through reputation, referrals and repeat business.
This is a very important role for this business, as you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for each new project across multi-media platforms. This will see you organising & creating brochures, signboards, managing the online presence including property microsites, social media, video campaigns etc, as well as liaising with developers and the sales team on all marketing promotion activities; setting and managing marketing budgets; managing project launches and assisting with the preparation of display suites; preparing market research; monitoring market trends and much more!
The Role
Full Time Marketing & Sales Administrator (English/ Mandarin)
· Coordinate all marketing material preparation i.e. photographer, floor planner & copywriter
· Manage all our social media across a variety of platforms like Wechat, website etc
· Creating, designing, updating marketing programs/materials for current/ new residential projects
· Coordinating with the Sales Team on all Marketing Promotion & Sales Related Activities;
· Be able to use graphic design software such as Photoshop
· Impeccable presentation, attention to detail and be able to multitask
· Ideally to have relevant knowledge and experience about e-commerce, including promoting and activities planning, or
other related marketing working experience
· Chinese language skills is essential
