"Yes should only be on invoice for them."

What does it mean?

feel like it was quoted from work correspondence, sounds like verbal English.

Maybe the full sentence is “Yes, it should only be on the invoice that issued to them ”. then it makes sense.
是的，只能出现在他们的发票上。

i received an instruction to invoice on day 1. then i received the same paper, same amount from the same person again a week after.

as this person has a very messy mind and always send us additional requests on original paper, i wrote an email to the person to ask if it is a duplication or not. and that sentence is the exact what i got for the reply.

hopefully, you understand what i have said
