- 3+ years of structural engineering experience in volume housing projects in Australia.
- Residential footing/slab design;
- Timber/steel residential framing design up to 3 storey buildings
- Structural stability of three storey buildings
- Basement design of retaining walls and suspended slabs
- Understanding of stormwater design;
- Engineering software such as Structural Toolkit and spacegass.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- project management skills.
