傻傻地问一下:小朋友要考AMEB四级了，请问考试时作曲家的出生年份和死亡年份需要背出来吗？还是，可以看着曲谱上写的时间回答问题？

1935可以记成 ninteen nineties,或者early nineties,又不是高中考历史，还要记那么精确，大概就好

The examiner will never ask for the dates of the composer - it is written on the score anyway.
Usually in Grade 4, the examiner will focus more on the piece itself, i.e. key/time signature, modulations, meaning of Italian terms, and maybe what the title of the piece means (where applicable, e.g. Etude, Sonata).
The most they can ask about the composer is their nationality, the musical period they were in, and what types of pieces they composed (e.g. orchestral music, piano, songs).

让孩子记住自己弹的曲子所在的大概的年代就行。 GK在弹奏的考试中所占的比重比较小，不用太担心。
