父母付费移民143后续问题

各位童鞋，有没有遇过小弟以下情况。老爸143过来后，被bupa medical visa service叫去做一个health undertaking。以下是email的内容。

We are writing to you regarding your Health Undertaking.

You will recall that, at the time of your visa grant, you signed a "Health Undertaking" (Form 815), in which you agreed to contact the department and register for a follow-up medical assessment with a State or Territory Health Authority after your arrival in Australia.

At present, your record does not show that you made contact with the Department of Immigration and Border Protection/ Bupa Medical Visa Services since your arrival in Australia.  It is in the interest of your health, and that of your family and the broader Australian community that you attend a follow up medical assessment as required.

Please respond to this email at hus@bupamvs.com.au  within 7 days from receipt of this email.

In order to complete the registration for your Health Undertaking could you please provide the following information:

·    HAP ID number:
·    Passport number:
·    Date of Arrival:
·    Current address in Australia:  1 wood croft avenue, saint George, south Australia, 5064

·    Do you require an interpreter? If so, for which language? Yes, mandarin/
·    Do you have any plans to travel outside of Australia within the next 6 months? If so, on which date? 19/10/2015

Alternatively you may telephone Bupa Medical Visa Services on 1300 794 919 during business hours.

Your earliest attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

有可能当时身体检查的时候有些条件没符合或者透露过有啥身体情况，但这些都不至于影响批签

如果PR都拿到了，基本可以不用理会，应该是voluntary health checking，特别是bupa发的信，不是移民局

就是，因为在国内过来之前就已经检查了一次。如果不过，签证也不会批。就是不知道为什么bupa要发封这样的信来。
