Are you passionate about the RE industry and want to join a well-established team who absolutely love working together? Within this role you will provide PA support to the Principal (approximately 30% of your role) as well utilizing your creative flair whilst performing marketing administration for this dynamic and rapidly growing office.
Daily duties include but are not limited to:
· Provide PA support to the Principal – diary and email management and assist key clients
· Create marketing material such as Brochures using Publisher.
· Organising and producing e-fliers and hard fliers and brochures on properties
· Update internet
· Book ads in newspaper, compile newspaper ads, etc
· Assist writing text eg reports on Blog, editorial on properties, etc
· Database management and update templates
· Provide ad hoc support to sales
· Provide back-up support to another administrator at times with doing up Contracts, etc
· Relief Reception
You will be absolutely PERFECT for this role if you have:
· Proven experience working in a fast-paced and busy RE or Property environment
· Some form of marketing experience or marketing qualifications
· Creative flair and ability
· Writing skills advantageous
· A can do attitude
· Advanced PC and System skills including Microsoft applications, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop
· LOVE a varied administration role and being part of a fabulous team!
