West Union are looking for a high caliber person who is comfortable operating in both a marketing and business development capacity, the 4 key elements to the role are:

-Develop & execute a community engagement strategy

-Aid execution of corridor marketing plan

-Increase engagement & performance of WU agent locations

-Aid the signing of new and competitor retail locations onto the WU service

The ideal candidate is a ‘people’ person who is well connected with the Chinese community. If we had to prioritise we would ideally like someone who is Mandarin speaking and able to help us form stronger relationships with more recent migrants from Mainland China. They should also have good business acumen.  The role is full time and we have a good package including base salary and potential bonuses.  Bonuses will be earned based on performance of the portfolio of WU agents and signup and activation of new Agents.


The candidates will be hired by our Marketing Agency LOUD on a continued contract i.e. no fixed end date and sub-contracted to Western Union.
