Hiring Software Engineers (Embedded system, C/C++/Linux Kernel)

We are SOC chip design company and has a headquarter based in CA, USA. We have a software team in sydney and now are hiring a software engineer.

Eligible candidates will require:
        Superior C programming skills.
        Experience in developing Linux or RTOS kernel modules.
        Basic understanding of CPU architectures and optimization for speed/memory. (At least one of any following, ARM/MIS/ARC/PowerPC/X86/Other)
        A big appetite for learning the latest IEEE 802.11 protocols and principles of wireless communication.
        Very good problem solving and diagnostics skills.
        Highly motivated, with a strong desire to work on the cutting edge of 802.11 technologies and define the path forward in this technology.
        Good verbal/written communication skills.
        Some background in data communication protocols including TCP/IP.

Salary package including base pay + super, depends on experience and knowledge level.

This is a very rare opportunity that you can work on SOC chip design in AUSTRALIA.

我觉得楼上几位评论很中肯
如果切实符合你职位要求,都是很牛公司里干过的,小公司根本接触不到你说的那些技术
不过也见过有的公司招聘,要求写得很吓人,实际上只要略懂就行,如果是这种还有戏

这是国内5~10年工作经验的岗位，从华为等类似公司过来的可以去试试。
本地属于Entry level。
一般一个graduate初入职场，给40k那就是很不错了；干五六年，到达entry level；再干五六年，可称为experienced developer，干到二十年的时候，再看看你敢不敢顶个senior的头衔。国内那些观念别带这边来了，三四十就想年薪十五万，让人家那些退休的给这个国家工作了一辈子的人怎么想？不论你底层的还是高层的开发，都一样。

第一次领教足迹吃饱了撑着的人，谢谢围观， 我可从来没写过工资是多少。
看来不明真相的群众确实是大多数，能被shortlist 的应聘者我才会告知该职位的工资情况，
我们已经offer 了一个空缺了，还剩下一个空缺， 最后的职位除了我上述的JD， 需要更熟悉80211 协议，有WIFI ， ethernet device 或者 L2/L3 network layer开发经验优先考虑。
