We are a growing FMCG company specialising in importing and distribution of Asian food products to Australia market. We are currently seeking a self-motivated, experienced Sales Professional to join our busy and dynamic environment as a Grocery Sales Manager.
•Minimum 7 years sales experience in the food/FMCG industry, with 3 years in a managerial role
•Excellent verbal & written communication, negotiation, time management and organisational skills;
•Effective problem solving skills with the capability of developing solutions to increase efficiency & improve service delivery to customers;
•Experience in working with buyers at a corporate level and have the flexibility to relate to SME's;
•Strong people management and effective leadership skills;
•Exceptional listening and customer service skills;
•Proficient at using computers and the required applications;
•Numerical and trade maths confident;
•Mandarin or Cantonese speaker is essential.
•Top sales with less management experience can be considered as a Sales Supervisor
