All of the entry level finance positions in my business involve a lot of multi-tasking with finance. Operational finance skills include understanding of Federal and State Labor Legislature and the ability to do some low level accounting on projects that require a number of drawdowns, invoices, etc. Another side of finance that I require of my employees is that they are eager to get out into the field and do evaluations on the wages received and be aggressive in finding out whether or not our facilitators/contractors are complying to the law. |
