Oracle EBS Trainer | Transactional Accounting Workflow & Concepts | Casual Role from $70 ph

This role suits technically sound, enthusiastic and rand process focused Commercial Accountants who are also inspired to become trainers. You should have a track record of hands-on experience across AP, AR , BAS, Month-end and Reporting using Oracle.

THE ROLE
  ● As part of senior training team, design, mock and revise training course outline and contents
  ● Deliver relevant disciplines to a broad range of students from 10-40 per course
  ● Leverage off own experience and skills, implement lesson plans and training & assessment strategies
  ● Provide constructive feedback, ongoing support and QA to students when necessary
  ● Assist students with Accounting and Excel related project work when necessary
  ● Participate in monthly marketing and networking events, perform speeches and live demonstrations when required
  ● Demonstrate awareness of latest trends in the commerce / accounting professions
  ● Fully backed by the sales and administration team, your hands will be free from course enrollment and administrative procedures. However you’ll be primarily responsible for the quality of delivery and student satisfaction.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  ● Must have at least 3 years’ recent commercial Accounting experience
  ● Currently employed in an intermediate to senior level role (Assistant Accountant and above)
  ● Proven ability to communicate, and delivery training in a critically consultative and problem solving approach
  ● Advanced Excel skills to ensure competent manual processing
  ● Experience in training/lecturing a medium group is highly looked upon
  ● Ideally you’re either currently working as a Senior Accountant seeking for a secondary career in teaching. Oracle knowledge and experience with application to day-to-day accounting workflow and process is ESSENTIAL
