We are an established growing FMCG Company specialising in the importing and distribution of Asian food products to Australian market. An opportunity exists for a proactive and self-motivated Sales Representative to work in a fast paced environment.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Representative is responsible for the successful management and implementation of company strategies, inclusive of cycle objectives in nominated accounts across a defined territory through utilisation of their business acumen, strategic planning capability, passion and energy for success.
Main responsibilities include:
•Plan, set and achieve agreed sales targets and profit budgets by actively managing and strategically grow existing accounts.
•Identify customers needs and recommending appropriate product range to achieve profitable growth
•Seek and build new business and develop opportunities
•Effectively manage cycle execution and all aspects of local area marketing and the territory plan
•Develop and maintain mutually beneficial commercial relationships with external stakeholders
•Develop & maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders
•Provide industry and product knowledge to retailers
•Execute all aspects of brand and trade strategies at store level
•Continually develop their skill sets in line with the changing industry
The successful candidate will possess the following:
•Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets with a strong 'sales hunter' approach.
•Ideally with 1-2 years FMCG sales experience, fresh graduate with part time customer service or sales experience can also be considered
•Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Sales or Business discipline desirable
•English and Mandarin essential, Vietnamese an advantage
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Strong relationship building skills
•Excellent customer service skills
•Great work ethic
•Team player
•Self-motivated, ability to work autonomously
•Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise initiatives
•Australia driver license
An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate including a base salary, superannuation, commission bonus and company car.
