This position will see you assisting the onsite Sales Manager and offer you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the property sales industry.
Duties will include:
- Administrative tasks
- Database management
- Manage communication with buyers, valuers, builders and tenants
- Monitor property listings
- Ensure all general administrative duties are taken care of
Must have:
- A Real Estate certificate of registration or license
- Proficiency in computers
- Immaculate presentation
- Professional manner
- Good organisation skills
- Strong work ethic
- Reliability & punctuality
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Good command of the English language
- Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is highly regarded
- Minimum 6 months industry experience
- Drivers license's required
The successful applicant must be willing to work weekends.
