Network Engineer

Various opportunities exist for skilled networking engineers to join a fastest growing solutions provider with global presence. The successful applicant must be committed towards providing solutions that fit, work and succeed.

Education/Experience

Typically requiring University qualification BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent
Typically 3-5+ years in related experience in Network design, Implementation or Support

Requirements:

The successful applicant must demonstrate the following:
Excellent knowledge of IP
Excellent Knowledge and experience of routing protocols,
Experience of IS-IS is advantage.
Hands on experience implementing, troubleshooting and supporting complex network designs
It is also imperative that the candidate has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be able to talk to not only the technology units but also the business units.
Ability to work independently and at the same time adding value as a team member in a project-based environment
Ability to drive projects, solve problems and solicit resources directly or through project managed systems

In addition to the above it would also be a plus if the candidate had the following:

Familiarity with Cisco products Checkpoint/Pix/Netscreen experience.
Worked in a service provider environment is plus.
