No stopping 接人重罚？

借贴问一下，如果车坏了，刚好在“no stopping"下，会不会被罚款？

这种情况可以申请复议。其他特殊情况还包括遇到事故、突然身体不适，诸如此类的。

Stopping in an emergency etc. or to comply with another rule

It is a defence to the prosecution of a driver for an offence against a provision of this Part if—

        (b)     the driver stops at a particular place, or in a particular way, because the driver's vehicleis disabled, and the driver stops for no longer than is necessary for the vehicle to be moved safely to a place where the driver is permitted to park the vehicle under these Rules; or

对no stopping的理解应该是没有歧义的。但有一点不是太清楚，是不知道救护车是不是可以在no stopping的地方 ...

有相关的豁免规定。必要的话，可以停。

        (a)     the driver is taking reasonable care; and

        (b)     it is reasonable that the provision should not apply.

从正在行驶的车辆里开门上下车也是违规的。除非是在送货取货或收垃圾，且车速低于5km/h。
