最近投资房里的中央空调不出冷气了，中介帮忙找了一个人报价，刚开始说是350加gst，现在又去看了一下说要1000加gst了，不知道这个价钱是否合理？希望懂行的朋友帮忙看看。下面是中介转发给我的电工给他的email： The original pricing I gave was around $350 depending on whether it needed gas. When we were on site we found that the filters were very dirty and then we attended to the outdoor unit and when we removed the control cover we found oil residue which came from the start capacitor which needed replacing. We then checked the gas pressure and it was about 70% low. It needed 3kgs of R410 refrigerant @ $150/kg and some labour. This altered the pricing significantly. The unit is working great and we will cover any warranty on works that we’ve done; it had to be fixed anyway and we wanted to do it right. So heres the final costing. The original 350 plus the gas 450 plus the capacitor 120 plus some labour 100 which totals $1020 plus gst, but I’ll just round off to 1000 plus gst. 感谢大家 |
